Studio Rental

You are welcome to book our cutting edge photography studio for small events, meetings and creative work. We offer a variety of props, bold backdrop colors in various sizes and a comfortable lobby area. The space is roughly 900 square feet. The space has security and surveillance.

Need your makeup artist to come on location, we also have a dedicated two seated makeup area prepped with adjustable bar chairs, lounge chairs and clothing storage. The fridge is always stocked and snacks are at the ready!


Photography equipment available for use are Bowens mount Octoboxes, C stands, Various Seamless backdrops and stands.


WEEKDAY Rental (MON-FRI)

$65 per hour with minimum of 2 hours

Includes the studio space to shoot in, makeup/dressing room for your clients convenience and some props available as well upon request.

WEEKEND Rental -(SAT & SUN)

$75 per hour with minimum of 2 hours

For the busy photographer who needs the space more than a few times a month.

FAQ's


Where are you located? 
Our studio is located at 127 Wolfpack Drive, Suite C, Durham NC, 27704.
Where should I park? Is parking limited? 
Parking is located directly in front of the studio.

What if my client is Late?
Please make them aware of our late policy. The time does not slide because they are late. If they show up late, they are taking up your studio rental time and you will be charged that additional time. We recommend you charge your client for their lateness. $50 per 30mins late.
What if I need to cancel/reschedule?
NO CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING FEE: 
Your clients and guests can change or cancel their rental at no additional charge. 
EXCHANGE POLICY:
Your rental fee can be applied towards any future rental. Cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours of the appointment is non-refundable. 
NO REFUNDS FOR ANY STUDIO RENTALS.
Full day rental hours cannot be split up or used separately.
How early can I arrive for setup? What's the breakdown time? 
 
You are expected to arrive 60-30mins prior to your session. During this set up time you have the opportunity to test your gear, install batteries if needed, troubleshoot any issues. This helps you to be fully prepared prior to your clients arrival. This is the easiest way for us to time your rental. 
For example: If your session is at 2pm, please arrive between 1pm - 2pm for your setup and testing of gear. Your finish time is the time you've rented only. We do give you 15-30mins to clean up/breakdown and move things back if needed. 
Can my client bring her cute dog? 
Pets are not allowed unless they are being photographed and they are to have an assigned sitter to take them away immediately after their part of the session is completed. There is an additional $50 pet fee per pet. 
Can my clients bring their friends? 
No, no one is allowed who is not helping or assisting you with your photo shoot. No more than 5 people are allowed in the studio space at one time per room DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS. Unless you're teaching a class, you are the only photographer allowed per rental use.
